You can request deletion of your Morabi Sho account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- Send the request from the email address associated with your Morabi Sho account.
- Email support@morabisho.com with the subject Morabi Sho Account Deletion.
- Include your Morabi Sho username or team name and your user ID, if available.
- Complete any reasonable steps we request to verify account ownership.
What happens next
After account ownership is verified, the account and associated personal data will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized, except for information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial record keeping, or legal obligations. Information retained for those purposes will not be used for unrelated purposes.
Deleting the Morabi Sho app from your device does not automatically delete your account.
