Morabi Sho Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Morabi Sho and its developer, NoaGames, collect, use, process, store, and share information when you use the Morabi Sho game and related services.

By using Morabi Sho, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Morabi Sho, we may collect the following categories of information.

Account Information

When you create or use a Morabi Sho account, we may collect:

  • Email address or username
  • Team name
  • User or account ID
  • Authentication information
  • Google account information when Google Sign-In is used
  • A device or installation identifier when a guest account is used
  • Preferred language

Passwords are used for account authentication and are not intended to be disclosed to analytics providers.

Game and Account Data

We process information required to provide and maintain your Morabi Sho game account, including team and player information, game progress, rankings and scores, virtual currencies and in-game resources, tutorial progress, match and gameplay information, account settings, game actions, and feature usage.

Messages and User-Generated Content

If you use communication or support features in Morabi Sho, we may store messages sent to other users, message subjects and content, support requests, support ticket categories, and communications with the Morabi Sho support team. Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information through messages or support requests.

Purchase Information

When you make an in-app purchase, we may receive the purchased product, store or payment provider, purchase price and currency, transaction or purchase reference, transaction status, and purchase time. Payment card or bank card details used for Google Play purchases are processed by Google Play and are not directly collected by Morabi Sho.

Device and Technical Information

We and our service providers may collect IP address, device model, operating system and version, app version, language and locale, device or app identifiers, app installation identifiers, advertising ID where available and permitted, network and technical diagnostic information, and crash and performance information.

Approximate Location

Analytics services may derive approximate geographic information, such as country or city-level location, from network information such as an IP address. Morabi Sho does not require precise GPS location for normal gameplay.

Notifications

If notifications are enabled, we may process a push notification token or similar device identifier to deliver game notifications to your device.

2. How We Use Information

We may use collected information to:

  • Create, authenticate, and manage Morabi Sho accounts
  • Provide game features and maintain game progress
  • Process and verify in-app purchases
  • Provide customer support and communication features
  • Send service and gameplay notifications
  • Detect technical problems, abuse, fraud, cheating, and security threats
  • Analyze game usage and performance
  • Improve gameplay, balancing, features, and user experience
  • Maintain the reliability and security of Morabi Sho services

3. Analytics and Third-Party Service Providers

Morabi Sho uses third-party services that may process certain information on our behalf.

Google Firebase Analytics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players use Morabi Sho and to measure application usage and performance. Firebase Analytics may process app-instance identifiers, device information, advertising identifiers where available, approximate location derived from IP address, application events, sessions, and in-app purchase events.

Yandex AppMetrica

We use AppMetrica for application analytics, diagnostics, performance monitoring, and usage measurement. AppMetrica may process device identifiers, application information, technical information, crash data, diagnostic information, and events generated from the use of Morabi Sho.

Metrix

We use Metrix for application analytics, attribution, usage measurement, and purchase or event measurement. Morabi Sho may provide Metrix with an internal Morabi Sho user identifier and application events for these purposes.

These service providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy and data processing policies. We may also use platform services such as Google Play to distribute the application and process purchases.

4. User Identifiers and Analytics

After a user signs in, Morabi Sho may associate an internal Morabi Sho user ID with analytics events. This allows us to analyze game usage across sessions, investigate technical issues, understand player progression, and improve the game. We do not intentionally send account passwords or private message contents as analytics event parameters.

5. Data Sharing

We may share or make information available to analytics providers, application distribution platforms, payment and purchase processing platforms, infrastructure and hosting providers, and technical service providers only where necessary to operate, analyze, secure, support, or improve Morabi Sho.

We may also disclose information if required to comply with applicable law or legal process, enforce our rights, investigate abuse or fraud, or protect users and our services.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through Morabi Sho. Communication with production Morabi Sho servers is performed using encrypted HTTPS connections. Third-party analytics providers may also use encrypted transmission mechanisms. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and gameplay information for as long as necessary to provide the Morabi Sho account and related game services. Certain transaction, security, fraud-prevention, support, or legal records may be retained for an additional period when reasonably necessary for legitimate operational or legal purposes. When information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, we may delete or anonymize it.

8. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Morabi Sho account and associated personal data through account settings in the Morabi Sho application or through our account deletion web page.

When a valid request is completed, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize personal data associated with the account, except for information that must be retained for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, financial record keeping, or legal obligations. Information retained for those purposes will not be used for unrelated purposes. Deleting the application from your device does not automatically delete your Morabi Sho account.

9. Your Choices

Depending on your device and account settings, you may be able to control notification permissions and certain advertising identifier settings, request information about your account, request correction of certain account information, or request deletion of your account and associated data. Some information is necessary for core account and online gameplay functionality.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Morabi Sho features, services, SDKs, data practices, or legal requirements change. When it is updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change. We recommend reviewing this Privacy Policy periodically.
